El <\/span>Instituto Latinoamericano di Diritto Tributario (ILADT) <\/b>es una instituci\u00f3n con <\/span>vocaci\u00f3n internacional<\/b> que re\u00fane a especialistas y expertos tributaristas del \u00e1mbito latinoamericano. Su or\u00edgen se remonta a mediados del <\/span>Siglo XX<\/b> cuando por iniciativa del Prof. <\/span>Ram\u00f3n Vald\u00e9s Costa<\/b> (Uruguay) se concretaron los encuentros con colegas brasileros y argentinos con el objeto de intercambiar ideas sobre los problemas tributarios comunes a los sistemas latinoamericanos.<\/span>
<\/span>Las <\/span>primeras Jornadas <\/b>latinoamericanas de derecho tributario tuvieron lugar en <\/span>Montevideo en el a\u00f1o 1956<\/b>. En dicha ocasi\u00f3n, participaron los delegados oficiales de diez Universidades del \u00e1rea y tres institutos dedicados al estudio del Derecho tributario, lo cual dar\u00eda lugar a la decisi\u00f3n de declarar constituido el <\/span>Instituto Latinoamericano di Derecho Tributario. Su creaci\u00f3n formal se materializ\u00f3 dos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, en el a\u00f1o 1958, durante las Segundas Jornadas de Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/b>
<\/span>Desde su mismo origen, el ILADT se propuso perseguir una<\/span> multiplicidad de objetivos<\/b> entre los cuales pueden destacarse:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n

  1. <\/span>a) la <\/span>promoci\u00f3n del estudio y el perfeccionamiento t\u00e9cnico y jur\u00eddico del derecho tributario<\/b>; <\/span>
    <\/span>b) la <\/span>creaci\u00f3n de instituciones cient\u00edficas especializadas en los pa\u00edses del \u00e1rea Latinomaericana;<\/b>
    <\/span>c) <\/span>la organizaci\u00f3n de jornadas cient\u00edfico-jur\u00eddicas;<\/b><\/li>\n
  2. d) el <\/span>mantener el contacto permanente con las Universidades, centros docentes, institutos y abogados especializados<\/b>. <\/span> \n
